The color and paint scheme pattern seems to match this 1995 Ford F-350 ambulance below, since it has been used in quite a few TV shows and movies that take place in NYC: |

Those shape wheels, however, make me lean towards an E-series. Not many F-Series' had the chrome wheel covers. |
