I don't know if the lower position of the headlights matters but it could be Reo too.

I'm going by the headlights position. I am unable to find an AM General built truck with headlights like this.

Yes, the headlamps position might be interchangeable. This might not be enough proof. However, REO was the first manufacturer for this truck. We should go with the earliest possible model. Not sure why the AM General name is used as default on the website.
