Not Elite. Elite models were top of the range, and had 15" alloy wheels (this one has 14" hubcaps), and painted mirrors (this one has black mirrors). Bumpers were painted on Elites, but this one has an unpainted rear bumper. The front bumper on this car isn't even from a Magna at all - it's a KR Verada bumper (due to the parking lights).
