I wouldn't know what to tell you. According to IMDb this was filmed in Indiana so it's not Canadian. |

It may have DRLs or it may not, This shot could have been captured just as the high-beams are on as part of a flash as some departments do use this in-conjunction with the other emergency lights. Or maybe some police vehicles are equipped with DRLs when the rest of the emergency lights/equipment is added. |
