Ford Cortina GXL Mk3. Odd badging and trim, but 1971+ and looks pre-1974 dashboard. Without intending to revive previous discussions about LHD Mk3 Cortinas, it is unusual to find one in GXL trim.

In fact it's a wreck, cobbled somehow in a roadworthy condition - worst! Except the wrong plastic-bumpers and the plastic hubcaps (ugly and easy to loose in one way), the whole body is distorted and "repaired" with centners of priming filler. Have a look to sills, doors and front fender.

Комментарий в общем-то универсальный. К тому же это действительно надо уметь - поддерживать в ездящем состоянии машину, запчастей к которой нет вообще. Никаких.

Понятно. Просто "креативность" как-то иронично звучит в данном контексте, на мой взгляд. Ничего личного, просто они не жили в таких условиях и знают обо всём только по говнокнижкам.

It looks better than the 1972 K 70, which was running in the Estonian SSR from 1975 until the late 90ies :) My Estonian K 70-friend, who has wrecked it, has found several lovely -but back then necessary and working- makeshifts, up the the Moskvich-based waterpump.

More likely Czechoslovakia. The Cortina was sold there:
