1952 Packard 200 DeLuxe ( it appears to have the 1952 grille with absence of Packard bloc lettering on the hood and the traces of the 3 rear fender louvres ).Curiously and as far as I can see it also appears to be a 2 door club sedan ( 25 th series 2501 body model 2565) , which woul be most unusual for an original taxicab!

Agreed.
If those are in fact the remains of rear fender ornaments, making this a Deluxe, there should be grille "teeth" and same appear to be missing.
(Unlike the case in '51, the '52 Deluxe had that feature.)

I suspect it is a 4-door but just too blurry to tell.
It would be bizarre to have a 2-door cab!
