Such a beautiful car. Is there any info/story with this car? Low-milage survivor or something?

In the book the movie is based on, the main character bought 4 of these Town Cars at one time. Uses one and keeps the other three in storage.

Three are listed here, here, and here. The oldest is listed as a 1986 model.

I'd wager that #1854 wasn't used. That cut vinyl top (I'll bet you anything they did so to replace a cracked rear window) would stick out like a sore thumb on screen. Same for the headlights (though those are easily replaced; wouldn't put too much weight on that).

Although the headlights seem to be sprayed with mattening paint. This is a technique that is used in shooting film to make the headlights seem bright, yet not blinding the camera. It's not unthinkable, also they might have cut out the window to shoot scenes through the windshield. My guess is that it's this car.

Huh. A lawyer whose car has an illegal vanity plate. Define irony.

That town car is a beauty, it takes me back to when I was a child. My father had a blue signature series town car. A closer look tells me that the black one in the movie is a Cartier version by the seats.

Does anyone know what scene in the movie that main pic is from? I've seen it twice but never spotted it.
Now, there is a scene where he does lift a parking ticket from his windshield, but there's no such shot like that in the scene, and the car wasn't parked in that location.

@admins The main pic is not from the movie, I just watched it
I recommend the 4th thumb can be new main pic, and timestamp: 014222

Or, if you want to keep the old main pic but in high res: Link to "m.media-amazon.com"
