Rolls Royce grille, not Bentley. Looks lwb so Silver Spur, not Silver Spirit. |

This license plate was issued in late 1990 or early 1991. Almost definitely the first Rolls to have been registered in post-Communist Romania! I bet it would have casued a stir. |
