Me? Sorry, this is not my "building site", as we say in German - the plate, resp. the number, painted on the car, looks French. That's all I can say. |

Plates must be fake. In teh pre-1951 series (with the letters identifying the département) there was only YS and YT (Tarn et Garonne) and YU and YV (Var), and in the post-1951 series (with the last numbers identifying: (0)9 = Ariège) in 1990 the series only reached FS... |
