I think it is Fiat with badge replaced by the owner (it fits good BTW). I think they all had already new design in Europe (!)* before the change of brand. Such big badge was introduced in ca 1982. New design was used since 1977 (well maybe not in all models since beginning, but 5 years is a lot of time...).
