Ingo ◊ 2011-11-17 23:11	Faked plate. HI (Hildesheim) had not this so-called IIIb-combination (two letters plus four ciphers) before the 90ies (or even 2000+). P.S.And up to the late 70ies, early 80ies the registration-stickers were white, not silvermetallic.
