He said it had the optional Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus) system, which would indicate fitment of the locking rear differential. A one-speed (single range) transfer case with variable, locking centre differential is standard. Low range gearing was dropped to save weight. The Cayenne does come with Porsche Hill Control (PHC), which is just Hill Descent Control (HDC) in Porsche speak, to help make up for the lack of low range gearing. |
