Not neccessarily, they were an extra option (and usual for some special editions). I don't know, if they were called correctly "Carat"-wheels, because the special Golf-,Jetta- and Scirocco- "Carat"-versions had them. The Passat/Quantum [32B], too. Yes, the Santana was also available as "Carat". Oh, I just have looked at Wikipedia about the "Carat"-special models and I've read, that even the T3 Caravelle was avilable in "Carat"-trim. |
