Humber Imperial - has vinyl roof and doorbadge visible in thumb. The plate is also familiar for an Imperial with the 262C ending, though missing a letter here - I'm sure there were Rootes photos of "ELV 262C", which is unusual for a Rootes fleet car with EKV 262C being more likely. Both series were confirmed issues with C suffixes in summer 1965, but I've no idea why Rootes wanted to confuse their photo car identity. |
