This is Cedric model code Y30 (not 430), known as Nissan Cedric in Hong Kong. The engine is TD23, 2.3L diesel (so it is NOT 280C). Starting from this generation of Nissan taxi, there were less and less Nissan and more and more Toyota taxi.
