A bystander shot this footage during a scene being filmed. It reveals the truck is a Crew Cab.

Definately not an XL. 2 tone paint only came on FX4 and Lariat versions and if it were an XL it would have a black plastic grille and headlight buckets with sealed beam headlights. Probably gray painted wheels too. My guess is its a 2wd Lariat since there are no decals on the back fenders unless they were removed.

Front differential visible on both these shots.

I do not see "Powerstoke Diesel V8" badge on the driver's door unless they were removed, so likely a gas truck, the grill guard is blocking the view of the "Triton V8" or "Triton V10" emblems.

There is a shot of the speedometer, however it is NOT from a Ford F-350.

Pretty sure the speedo shot is reused from the Eleanor chase scene in Gone In Sixty Seconds (2000). All the stunts in this movie and they couldn't shoot the speedometer? I'm guessing because this F-Series had a pretty boring looking gauge cluster that only reads up to 100 mph.

And the F-350 might be electronically limited to top out in the 90s. So might not peg the 100mph mark on the speedo.

I remember that scene.. like the highway chase from Transformers: Dark of the Moon, it's a recycled shot taken from one of the Fast and the Furious movies, but I cannot remember which one.

Actually the speedometer shot was from the 1967 so called "GT500" used in the not so good remake of gone in sixty seconds.

The two-tone on this truck isn't factory, there was no red/black combo offered for 2005-2007. The bottom almost looks like rhino liner to me.

Tony Scott or his vehicle wrangler must've had a soft spot for these Ford trucks because he also used one in his previous film: The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3 (2009)
