This pic was from the 10th season, which would have been the 1987-1988 season, and since "Dallas" was one of the most popular primetime shows at the time...they most likely would have had the newest models or almost new. Unless this Mercedes was introduced in earlier seasons...this is probably an '87 model, if not an '88.
