This is from the opening of the episode from NC, Season Two("The Fault In Our Stars", March ---, 1961)), where a young Roddy McDowell ("Donny Benton"--no kin to WA State Senator!), plays a failed psycho "actor" who robs and murders cabdrivers. Great chase scene (and Mc Dowell "suicide" leap from tenement where cab driver's widow had lived) at episode's end!!!(By the way, Mc Dowell became a much BIGGER "star" than any one of the regulars on "Naked City"!) |

Note also that Mc Dowell ("Donny Benton") wears White high-topped basketball shoes throughout most of this episode---a rarity back in those days! |
