To be nitpicking: made for the Vatican  -but the plate is very probably a fake.btw.: real Vatican-plates are a kind of "Holy Grail" for colectors, as there is no official chance to get them. Ma and some other plate-freaks are pissed, that at one of the last collector's meetings an original Vatican-plate got the prize "Plate of the Year" and not the hyperrare "Holy Grail" from Germany, I've randomly found last year.  |

AFAIK the plate is certainly fake. Both CV and SCV plates are black on white, except on vehicles registered to the Pope, which are red on white. |
