R2130 Estafette 1960-61, but it's not a Microcar, and Alouette neither, which had sliding openning windows. Those are fixed... Fourgon Vitré? |

This is a strange one, it has a sliding door on the drivers side and a hinged door on the passanger side. Not sure if that helps with the specific model name? |
