P.S. Is it possible for Mexicans to visit the US by car? When I'd been there, last year in California, Nevada and Arizona, also in 1993 at my autodriveawy-trip from San Antonio to San Diego all along the border-areas, I've never seen any Mexican vehicle, also not any other vehicle with plates from Middle or Southern American countries.
