This Corvette was loaned to the Mod Squad show by Gene Winfield. During the time he worked at the AMT Speed & Custom Division in Phoenix, he was well connected with Chevrolet and ran a fleet of Chevys that were available to TV & movie companies. This particular car was the car he would usually drive from Phoenix to LA in. It featured mag wheels and a custom Winfield paint job. It was also used in the first scenes of the Robert E. Peterson surfing film "Follow Me." |
