He's a veteran who started out with a horse-drawn milk carriage, and he would whistle, and the horse would bring the carriage over to him a few houses down. Years later, he invented a robotic that would make his milk truck drive itself up to him by whistling at it. Little flags would raise and a radar dish would turn on the roof.
