I'd say this is a Simca 5 with non-original rear bumper and an uncommon spare wheel. Such wheels can be found on this forum-site: Link to "www.forum-auto.com" (scroll down almost halfway) |

Ca 1937 Simca 5 Découvrable.It seems unusual to see it with artillary type rather than plain disk wheels though some period factory pictures show cars with this type of artillary wheels |
