This is from the classic episode, "The New Car," a favorite of Jack Klugman and Tony Randall. It plays the title role. The two win it in a radio contest then face the trials and tribulations of finding a parking spot in Manhattan. Probably the funniest look at New York parking ever, highly recommended.
