Dealer of Hispano-Suiza, Francisco Serramelera Abadal used to build his own chassis (like several in those years) and,later, the owner ordered the bodywork he wanted to use. In 1912/13 joined with the belgian 'Imperia'. They will build the chassis and the bodywork will be done in Spain. These vehicles will be sold in Spain as "Abadal-Imperia".
