This is a real San Francisco Fire Department ambulance. They use E-450's. This one is a 2008-specific model because it still has the older-style dash. |

Four Medtec PD-156 Type III’s on 2009 Ford E-450 Suburban chassis ambulances of this design were provided to the producers for ‘Promotional Consideration’ by the Medtec Ambulance Corporation, (an Oshkosh Corporation Company). These were not actual in-service SFFD ambulances. |

Are you sure? The ones pictured are 2008 models due to the dash. Also, if you compare them to SFPD ambulances, they are equipped and marked similarly, down to the smallest details. |

Plates are fake, and they could have had SFFD mark them and equip then down to the most accurate detail. |
