1972/73, by the shorter badge on the rear site ( http://www.r16site.com/facts/Changes/72SideBadge.jpg ). Since 1972 the R16 didn't get the extra indicator on the front wing anymore as standard, so the car shown here can be regarded as 'Made for N'. |

Interesting fact. Even in the Renault enthousiasts' standard "Toutes les Renault" ( http://www.librairie-spe.com/catalog/images/toutes-les-renault.jpg ) it isn't noticed.  |
