Is that Japanese version by the round headlight?

Curiously, it is Left Hand Drive....

Yes, it has sealed-beam-lamps, which were required in Japan, too.

@rljuna2: not all import-cars in Japan are RHD. LHD one were popular all the time, especially premium brands like Mercedes, BMW and Porsche (yes walter, Audi, too). All the times, today, too, you often could choose while ordering, if you want to have it RHD or LHD. LHD-cars are more "stylish" and "orignal" in Japanese eyes.

I wonder if this is rather 'made for USA'... Japanese version would have (RHD and) fender mounted mirrors, and many US vehicles seem to be around in Japan. Can somebody from Japan help us here?

But in fourth thumbnail in: http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/4937/an08.jpg you can see fender mirror. One. Only on right side.

Sure, this was required in Japan in the past.
