Supplied new by University Motors of London (hence its 'MG' containing number plate) with twin SU carburettors and a rev counter. Completed 1953 & 1954 Monte Carlo Rallies (but disqualified from the latter for missing a checkpoint). Finished 3rd-in-class in Daily Express Trophy Race at Silverstone on 9 May 1953 and also contested the Scottish Rally."
