All these Taunuses are from the local production?

Very difficult to say. As I know, there weren't any visible differences between the German and the Belgian assembled Fords.

Yes, but as it is before the times of the unfortunate thing known as single European market, maybe they had only these local made cars? I asked, because I wasn't sure since when exactly Ford built its cars in Belgium.
I guess, that at least some of visible in this film Opels can be also "Belgian".

But even before the single European market, there were many cars im- and exported between the countries. So not all Belgian assembled cars (Ford, VW or Opel for example) were sold only there or in the Benelux-countries. And there were also German made cars sold there, even if they had a production-line there. I think, the majority stayed, where they were made, but definetely not all. It depended on local laws and tax-rules. Every country had own rules - and they were changed quite often.

Posted before, but this was nearly the best overview of Belgian made cars in the history:

This is what I knew that there was export/import, but since they had their own plant, for me the most possible is that this is local made car. It is for me a surprise that they still imported cars which they also made. Anyway, as you wrote generally the majority of such production stayed "at home", so I would risk here.
