It was officialy named UP/KP 30 mostly because of it's K-series engine, anyway a Publica in it's last generation.. |

In Holland these were sold as 1000 Special. By the grille it will be a 1977/78 model. |

The name 'Special' was (AFAIK) only used in Holland. According to Autotest 1977 and 1978 it was 1000 (without Special) in Belgium, and according to Turbobanana it was known as Publica in other countries. |
