Actually it isn't Cedric because I don't see wraparound Amercian-look windshield. I thought about Bluebird but the door handle looks different.  |

The kanji lettering on the side has an different tone of white compare to the rest of the car, interesting (ex-police car from some prefecture by-chance ) |
