It was a barn find (well really a big greenhouse) and had been stripped down with all the bits in boxes and just the shell of the car. The hood was rotted so needed replacement and the seats were too far gone to restore to original so it was re-upholstered. The hood is 3 position so it can be fully up, half way to cover the passengers and down completely. It also has little pull down tables for the passengers on the back of the front seats. My Dad did the engine and loved working on it. Unfortunately when it went away for filming my husband had not fixed the hinge on the door and John Hurt had a little smile as he slammed the door shut. I wonder how many times he did that take. We have enjoyed the car for many years now but it is time we let someone else enjoy it so we have put it up for sale.
