Dinky Toys made a Maudslay Horse Transporter that looked a lot like this. Could the studio have modified a Maudslay?? |

Like passenger coaches, the specialist bodywork could be built on a variety of chassis. Unless we can see the front, it's all guesswork. |

There's something about the cab door and the wing that suggests an early postwar Foden to me ... and that's from owning Dinky Toys as well ... ![]() |

I thought that as well, the Foden DG model. That is more likely than a lightweight vehicle, and the 20 plate on the back would suggest late forties. |
