Appears to be a Lincoln Town Car, 1973-up. It's hard for me to tell, though; for some reason the Imageshack thumbnails load, but the full-sized picture doesn't load when I click on them. |

It's a Phaeton Limousine by Eagle Coach Co., Dallas, Texas (not to confuse with the other Eagle Coach Co. of Amelia, Ohio). The company traded as Eagle Coach of Dallas 1972-77, before it became Phaeton Coach Corp. 1977-82. |
