I can't see much with the logo in front of it, but did anybody ever consider that it might be a Dodge WC 63? /vehicles_make-Dodge_model-WC+63.html |

Certainly front fender looks identical to, as you say, a Dodge WC 63 and also the platform on the left side to go up into de cabin, and double rear axle, so......... |
