Don't think it is a Sandman, just a regular panel van with stripes. The Sandman was a sports version of the van, with blacked out window surrounds, not chrome. This has a HZ grille, and HZ Sandmans also had twin headlights. |

Has silver HJ wipers, HX HZs have black ones. |
