Sorry, I don't think this is a Vedette Cabriolet different grille, no typical Vedette belt-line...). I'd rather go for a 1950 Dodge Wayfarer Sportabout [D-33].

I did some further search on this one .It cannot be a Dodge Wayfarer 1950.The grille and body were completely different.I first thought of a Renault Frégate Convertible but front does not match very well neither.What I strongly suspect it could be is a 1954 Ford Vedette Alsace or Champagne Convertible with with body by Mignot et Billebault of Boulogne-Billancourt.They had a rather high top as seen here.Mignot-Billebault did several convertibles and station wagons based on the Vedette

Thank's guy for this good work... I had some suspection too about this one ..very close to the normal Ford Vedette Cabrio , but with something puzzling me ...
