This is a van, not a wagon. Most probably these wer called Universal Lieferwagen or Universal Kastenwagen (see also http://www.trabi-welt.de/html/body_trabant_601_lieferwagen_fi.html ) |

According to article, which I have now in my hands it was rather just "Lieferwagen", it is not very clear, anyway for sure it was made in the years 1966-1972, but by the grills in the C-pillar, must be 1969 I believe. Edit: grills were intro. in 1969, but it was September, so if "model years" were used for Trabants will be 1970. -- Last edit: 2011-04-10 17:51:31 |
