In the movie, they say it's got twin V12s and 2 inch armour plating. I think they weren't based on Tatra 813s. On 813s, the front two axles do the steering, and I'm pretty sure I saw these turning with the front and rear axles. |

completely designed and built for the movie, every part was designed and manufactured specifically to acheive the required actions in the movie. 8 wheel steering, but only 2 wheel drive.. 8sets of Twin unequal length wishbones, 4mm steel body. went right through a building with no damage to the vehicle and then rolled over - that vehicle was also undamaged, the road was a little worse for wear... |
