Harley-Davidson VL (1930-36)
It had modifyed many parts (may be for daily use and keep running condition), .
Engine is 74cu,in 'Flathead' SV, and fuel tank is early 30's shape and sidecar seems addes afterward.
So I may say it's Model VL.
