4DLM920 is a real CA plate, but it's registered to a 1995 Mercedes S420. |

It appears to be 4OLM920. California doesn't use O, Q, or I as the first or third letter in the three-letter sequence. It is an invalid plate number and perfect for use on a prop plate. |
