Bruce Wayne's Bentley appears in 3 scenes, first when Alfred takes him home after Scarecrow poisons him, then during the party when Alfred puts an unconscious Rachel Dawes in the back and at the end of the film when Earle phones him after finding out he's been replaced as CEO of Wayne Enterprises by Lucius Fox.

Pre-2002 model due to headrests.

When Alfred is on the private jet he says "You can borrow the rolls if you want, just bring it back with a full tank " However you never see a Rolls-Royce, you only get to see a Bentley in both movies.

PJ wrote Definitely a Bentley Arnage. Silver Seraph's dashboard is a bit different, most significantly the main dials. Its steering wheel features an RR emblem, which this car hasn't. And they have other thread patterns on seats, by which you can also tell that this is a pre 2001 Arnage.
Below are two snapshots from the movie, picture showing the Royce's dash and another one comparing their seats.

There's nothing visible here to say this is made for or even filmed in the USA. Wasn't this movie mostly filmed at a studio in the UK? So could be a mirrored shot or a LHD car from another market.

Main pic was likely filmed in the US, while the 2nd and 3rd thumbnail were likely filmed in the UK.

1999+ for the main pic, but I believe the UK had them since 1998.
