Is this perhaps a late 20s Morris Cowley? |

Not the 'Morris' badge I believe. (1931 Morris Isis badge is different, as shown here http://rides.webshots.com/photo/2752036150101134883fdbjHN ) Wolseley version of the Isis possibly? |

Morris radiator grille and badge is correct from this picture of a Morris Major Link to "www.motorbase.com" Other details, as stated by 2491tj, are as the Isis. So Morris Isis confirmed. |

This is a 1930 Morris Oxford Six 4 Door Saloon with sliding head, not an ISIS. It is the second oldest Oxford Six known and oldest with this body style. Looking at the recorded chassis no - I would think it was built Feb/March 1930? The radiator badge, is a 1930-1932 specific badge, and changed with the radiator in 1932. The Cowleys got a very similar badge during the same period. Registration as shown is GC485. It was then re-registered as BS9791 but neither now show on DVLA. If you would like some more complete pictures of another 1930 Oxford - google PG7535. The Isis has quite a different radiator shape. |
