Glass's gives Mk4 stopping June 04, but Mk5 launched Feb 04. But it's confusing - varying dates according to which version (body/trim/engine) - so a phased transition more than single event. The 1.6 SE even got a Final Edition in Dec 03 with some bundled-in accessories, and there was a minor upgrade on all Estates in April 04. So 2004 for this car might work. |
