I am going to say that the Yank Tank is a 1939 Plymouth with the squarish headlights. |

Why not make a parking-lot image out of this, like here: /vehicle.php?id=114598 Next to the white van a Morris Eight. |

It will, but it will take time. On my to-do list! I do like the way the vehicles are shown. ![]() |

The Plymouth on the left as far as I can see looks a right hand drive version of the P8 DeLuxe four door touring sedan of 1939 , which in the English nomenclature would make it a Chrysler Kew Six 1939 ,pre war Kew assembled rather than imported from the States during or after the war.Number 10 could be a Riley Kestrel , but very small. It has a large , low spare wheel cover as the Riley's did.Number 7 looks an English Ford Model B 1932 with the rear suicide doors. |

Main picture replaced with one with improved contrast and possibly more detail. |

9 is a P3, either a Rover Ten (1938-47) which evolved into a 60/75(1948-49) -- Last edit: 2007-08-12 07:17:01 |
