Morris Minor Tourer before August 1951 by the flexible rear side screens. Later it became Minor Convertible with glass rear side windows. I believe the 4inch join in the centre of the rear bumper is also visible (where the original 'Mosquito' design was widened) so a very early example from October 1948 onwards. 1949 Model Year Morris Minor Tourer.
