Hispano-Suiza H6B, I'd say.

The mascot looks wrong for an Hispano-Suiza. Did it alter during the 1920s?

I'm afraid I've been a bit too enthusiastic and too fast :/ but it's right, the stork's wings should point downwards.

Let's put back to 'unknown' ... but I must say, the rest looks very close.

I found it (in the book "Cent ans d'automobile française"): it's a mid twenties Farman, probably model A6B. The hood ornament isn't a bird, it's Icarus with his wax-glued wings. Cf: Link to "images.google.nl"

... let's hope the hood ornament isn't wax-glued on! :D
