R36 GE is correct. because it is a 4 door, it can not be a Fury (they only came in 2 door hardtop or convertible). This car has the sportone trim and it's a 4 door hard top. It's likely a Belvedere (as opposed to the lower models Savoy or Plaza). Also, the bezels that surround the headlights are aluminum on the belvedere/ fury. steel on the plaza and savoy (I believe) They look aluminum to me- another clue to support this being a belvedere. The rod in the middle holding the hood up is not original, either. These cars had springs to hold the hood up. |
